Spokespersons and participants from various NFDI consortia at the University of Freiburg met for the second time on September 29, 2025, as part of an ‘NFDI networking meeting’ organized and moderated by the CDF.
In order to focus on and discuss the NFDI’s service culture, Saskia Hiltemann presented a successful service concept from the DataPLANT consortium, namely the ARC Data Hub concept. This was followed by a lively discussion about the availability of services and tools from the various consortia, as well as accessibility and access to the respective communities.
Everyone agreed on the sensible use and, above all, reuse of existing resources, as well as closer networking and better communication between the participants and their communities.
